This collection is special to me because I got to see the extraction from a water well. The mining team is a beautiful local family who put a lot of hard work into getting these pieces for me and together we curated the most beautiful collection.
Aurangabad is rich with historical, rock cut architecture and right now it’s spring going into summer, mango season! Something about these pieces transport me to this place, I can almost smell the aroma of mangos and fresh blooms and hot 30 degree summer breeze. While apophyllite is common in this area, the mix of the colours and the white chalcedony that ribbons through each piece is rare, possibly a first of its kind. So very grateful to bring these to you guys.
